What on earth is Natural Living?
I’m sure I would get a jillion pieces of advice if I took a survey. Some of these would probably be: paying more time to nature, being earth-friendly, living off the grid, expanding your food, buying community, and reducing your carbon impact. Walking more lightly upon the Earth and surviving in harmony with nature is an alternative to trying to control it. This kind of environmental consciousness and hypersensitive awareness of the Earth is lovely, and I am happy to start seeing the efforts made in culture. The social focus on the planet is a welcome sight. Hopefully, this trend will come to my heart and soul.
If you “go green,” does it mean you live a much more natural life? Does one who lives in the country live far more naturally than one who can be found in the city? I would like to offer a different notion of All-natural living upward. Natural living is usually living by your particular nature. Natural living is usually listening to our intuition along with following our instincts. Normal living is being real.
Who will be we human beings? Are we all animals? Well, that has been argued for centuries. What do you think? I do believe we are. We are certainly “a part” of nature: not “apart” from it. A person is just as much a core figure in characteristics’ great design as a rainbow. You could have seen a television show that will photograph the miracles regarding nature. For example, there is a moth that travels clear around the globe to reach some plant that this certain moth will only pollinate… And then, after that reaches its goal, the particular moth dies! How about just how our body naturally takes care of alone? We cut ourselves; the entire body immediately gets to work carrying out its job to keep out its foreign objects and begin the particular healing process – that bleeds and scabs. Blood pushes anything out, and the scab keeps everything else coming from getting in. If bacteria get in, our body begins to heat to kill them. Some individuals predict the weather changes simply by feeling pain in their physiques. Just as the tides dash in response to the moon, we, too, are affected by its series. Our bodies are nature.
We could nature. We are animal characteristics. We are human nature. We, humans, are very much a part of the wonder that reveals itself in nature every day. We, like all other creatures, comprehend how to get along in the world. It is an intrinsic part of who we could – our instinct. This is certainly true – a knowledge that will exists within – Planet – the Tao. Now I think that this instinct will either be fed by the soul or the soul. The inner being is our spiritual home – our direct link with the universe and all in it – the truth, often the Tao, higher power, Jesus, whatever you are comfortable with. Often the Native Americans say that many people are connected to the great web connected with life – we are components of everything.
Our instincts raise your voice out to guide us. That cry is heard using our intuition (gut feeling). Our intuition informs us, prepares us, and guards us if we listen to the item. You might say instinct is our body and intuition is our mind. When we can our minds enough to be our bodies, the soul can speak. When we listen to and follow this advice, we are authentic. This is acting in équilibre with our true nature instructions Natural Living. Do not allow what is Pure, Raw, Outdoors, and Free. It may be the most beneficial for you…
What continues up from being authentic in the first place? Simply… anything that attempts us from trusting ourselves and our wisdom. This is just what complicates our lives. This is the foundation of anxiety. Anxiety is the first step toward the majority of our problems. Frequently, this is ego – the socialized self. These are not characteristics – the particular social structure creates them – because they are part of society.
Here is the. A five-year-old lady (who just recently advanced, coming from tricycle to bicycle) will be cruising along on her new bike and doing just fine with her newfound flexibility. The father or mother (who is “socialized”) telephone calls out, “don’t hurt oneself – be careful.” When the girl hears the words… facing, she does? Of course, the lady falls. She has been sailing right along: all was well in the woman world – grooving inside the Tao – and… abruptly limits were placed on the woman – fear was instilled. Had she not read those words, I imagine she would not have fallen. Imagined creates form.
Confidence contains all the shoulds and exact ifs and past emotions and rules and fears and concerns – instructions for the fear and anxiety.
Does indeed living natural life instructions being real – show that you don’t have fears? No, there are many times when fear is a healthy response to the moment. Fear would be an animal response if you are jogging in the woods and you occur upon a big mountain cat. Your gut could well be telling you that real potential danger is near, and I hope you would listen to your pure intuition and respond accordingly. FYI – don’t start managing, or it will think you are prey. This fear is rather real and natural. One clue to the difference between your ego’s fear and healthy fear is whether or not the response is often to the present minute. Living a natural life is moving into the present. The power is in an instant. Once you are in the NOW… you will have WON.
Respecting the earth and natural living could be like the chicken and the egg: which comes first? It depends. Given that my connection to nature has always held priority, Normal Living was the logical way to follow. I have seen inside others (people who pay much attention to nature) that people who begin to rely upon themselves – listen to their particular intuition and follow their particular instincts – are interested in living a more outwardly guaranteed natural life. It seems to adhere to. When we understand ourselves as a part of nature, we certainly have a different respect for our characteristics. We think more like any Native American – the particular birds and animals and plants and trees are usually part of our family. We see the particular interconnection of all – the truly amazing web of life. If you honor the Earth and all life, you will value life and yourself.
