The presence of Sattva causes our minds to get alert, aware, peaceful, thoughtful, serene, non-violent, forgiving, and capable of knowing the unknown. Once we know anything, the revelation of that knowledge often could be because of the presence of Sattva in our minds. The precise nature of Sattva causes it to become impossible to be over-ignited in a negative way. As their pharmicudical counterpart predominantly influenced by Sattvic qualities will become fulfilled, leftover connected to its pure, inspiring source. Eating Sattvic foodstuffs, such as ghee, fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grain bread, honies, nuts, and seeds, will probably nourish the body and imagination.
